1. Check that you are using the correct email addresses. You may have used an alternate email address to register your account. If someone else added you onto their account, you might need to contact your account administrator to verify your registered username (email address)
2. Verify the spelling of your email address.
3. Make sure you are using the correct password.
4. You can easily reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" button on the app's login page. It is important when resetting your password to make sure you check your spam/junk folders for the reset email that gets sent to you
This is an app error that is usually a result of one of two things. It could be that you are already logged in on the Elasan Solutions app on a different device or that your device's time and date settings are incorrect.
Here is what you can do to help in eliminating this error.
1. Make sure that you aren't logged in on your app on a different device.
2. Make sure that your device's time and date settings are correct.
In order to view and fill out your form offline, it is crucial that you first ensure that you have loaded the form onto your mobile device by logging into your account (while connected to the internet) beforehand.
To log in to offline mode, you will first need to enter your user email/password.
You should then see a new "work offline" option appear on the login page.
When you try to submit your forms while in Offline Mode it will put your completed forms into a "Sync" folder on your device.
Once you have an internet connection via WiFi or Mobile Data your device should automatically sync all forms in this folder.
If your device doesn't auto sync then you can manually sync the folder from the device. You can do this with the button in the top right corner of the "Sync" folder.
